The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to my business meetings and offered a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. the scenery was breathtaking, with lush greenery and colorful flowers all around me. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the in-room amenities, with a mini-fridge and coffee maker provided for my convenience. a great value for the price.

The language barrier made communication difficult at times, but the staff went out of their way to help me with translation tools and gestures. the bugs were quite persistent, so be sure to bring plenty of insect repellent and consider a sleeping net if you're sensitive to bites.

The owner's wife was kind and welcoming and went out of her way to show us around the area and make sure we had everything we needed. the lodge provides a unique chance to learn about the traditions and lifestyle of the local people, which was a highlight of our stay.

The communication was a challenge as no bilingual language was spoken and we had to rely on Google Translate and broken Spanish-English. There was a billing issue that took a long time to solve, and the credit card machine didn't work, resulting in us having to pay more than the agreed-upon rate.
